SHIPPING:
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT! When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton prior to signing the delivery receipt. Check the contents of your carton against the packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Do not move any damages freight to a different location. Notify us about any freight damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to follow any of the above procedures may invalidate any claim you may have against the carrier.
RETURNS:
All returns must be accompanied by a return form, the original invoice and packaging. Please call us at 800-525-5422 to request a return form via fax or email.
Refunds will not be issued for items that were damaged after delivery. All refunds will be issued via the source of payment (i.e.: credit card, check, gift certificate).
CLAIMS:
All Coach Sports is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. We will, however assist you in filing a claim if all of the correct procedures have been carried out.
